Thank you for RSVPing for the Kalaris Intelligence Conference on November 1, 2023.
The conference will begin at 9:00 am in Healy Hall on Georgetown’s campus. The conference will take place in the room called Gaston Hall, within the building called Healy Hall. The conference will conclude at 4:30 pm.
Press Check-In:
Please be advised that you will need to check-in in advance of the event at the press table with valid press credentials, to receive a press pass. Press passes must be worn at all times.
Press check-in will begin at 8:00 am.
Cameras must be set by 8:30 am
Logistics Inside Gaston Hall:
Seating for press is reserved, and will be in the back right of the venue, marked with signage. All members of the press must stay in the designated press area.
Photographers are permitted to move about the hall, though not crossing through front rows. More details will be given at the venue.
All video cameras must be set up at least 30 minutes in advance of the event, and will not be permitted to move from the back riser during the event.
No guest interviews will be permitted either before or following the event.
The Q&A portion of the event is for the Georgetown University Community ONLY.
The WiFi network is GuestNet, no password is required.

Gaston Hall is located on the 3rd floor of Healy Hall. Georgetown University is located at 37th and O St. NW. You may find directions to Georgetown University here. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. There is a self-pay parking garage at the Canal Road entrance. The garage rate is $5/hour or $25/day.
